Soundfreaq is a brand that has in the past released some of the most reliable portable speakers. I have tried and reviewed a few Soundfreaq speakers and I came away satisfied with the performance, although not so much on the build quality. But for the price Sondfreaqs are selling, the slightly flimsy build quality is somehow excusable.
Soundfreaq recently outed three new speakers, one markedly different from the other. These new Soundfreaq speakers are the Pocket Kick, Sound Rise and Double Spot.
The Soundfreaq Pocket Kick is the smallest of the bunch. It is a highly pocketable speaker that’s practically just a block of plastic and steel. With its size, the Pocket Kick will slip into your pocket rather easily. The Pocket Kick features Bluetooth 4.0, 10 hours of battery runtime, 3.5mm auxiliary input, and a speakerphone. The Pocket Kick is priced at $99.
The Soundfreaq Sound Rise is cheaper at $69 and apart from being a speaker, it features a clock, Bluetooth 4.0, a fully dimming display with an auto-on function at wake-up, dual alarms, 3.5mm auxiliary input, and a USB charging station.
The Soundfreaq Double Spot is the most expensive of the bunch at $119. It features a wooden finish and is actually an update of the Sound Spot. This speaker also features Bluetooth 4.0, 3.5mm auxiliary input and a USB charging port. From the photo alone, I could tell that the Double Spot sounds nice.
