The Samsung Galaxy Note8 will soon be available in the Philippines. The Galaxy Note8 is the new top phone from Samsung and features an edge-to-edge display, a dual-camera setup and an improved S Pen. It’s the Android phone that goes head to head with Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus although the Galaxy Note8’s S Pen makes it more versatile. For now, the Galaxy Note8 looks better on paper compared to the iPhone 7 Plus but the announcement of the next iPhone is just a few days away so we never know if the Samsung’s best phone will still hold an edge over Apple’s best.
The Android flagship from Samsung is now available for pre-order although it’s not clear when actual units will be delivered. Samsung has sweetened the deal for first adopters of the Galaxy Note8 as it will be throwing away a free AKG S30 Speaker for those who will pre-order. It’s a great deal if you are already sure about getting the Galaxy Note8 as the AKG S30 is valued at P7,990 according to Samsung.
The AKG S30 is described by Samsung as an all-in-one travel speaker and was designed exclusively for Samsung Galaxy models. It’s a cute little speaker that goes well with mobile devices and can be lugged around easily. The features of the AKG S30 include Bluetooth streaming, dual-microphone conferencing and power-sharing capability.
If you’re going to pre-order the Galaxy Note8, you need to do so from September 8 to 17 to get the free AKG S30 speaker. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 can be pre-ordered at all Samsung Experience stores and online through Lazada, Argomall, and Abenson. It can also be pre-order at Globe and Smart.
