You have to hand it to Samsung for trying to come up with all sorts of devices, in all possible sizes. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is one of the top devices from the Korean company but if you find it expensive, or a tad big for your hands, there’s a new variant called Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo is a smaller device, with a display that measures 5.5 inches instead of the 5.7 inches of the original Note 3. The specs are also a bit watered down, which means it will also have a lower price.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3 Neo is smaller than the original.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo has been unveiled internationally and is offered in 3G and LTE+ flavors, with the LTE+ model packing a hexa-core processor composed of two 1.7GHz Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 cores. The 3G variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo will simply use a quad-core 1.6GHz processor.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo’s 5.5-inch display is of the 720p Super AMOLED variety with full S-Pen capability. For the rest of the specs, Samsung offers a 3,100mAh battery, 8MP rear camera/2MP front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, IR, NFC, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 16GB internal storage and microSDXC capacity up to 64GB.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo will be globally available next month and will be offered in black, white and green colors.
