OnePlus has been giving us details of its upcoming One smartphone that runs on Cyanogen version of Android. Those details revealed so far are tiny, and no one has seen the actual One device to date. If the marketing people from OnePlus are to be believed, we should see a smartphone with stellar specs and uncompromised design.
The OnePlus One will have a 5-inch 1080p display and will pack a Snapdragon 800 chipset with 3GB of RAM. The OnePlus One will be offered in 16GB and 64GB variants.
The One smartphone has April 23 as the formal launch date and it’s good that OnePlus has been able to keep the mystery to date. Recently, OnePlus released another teaser and it’s an uboxing video featuring Steve Kondik of Cyanogen. The video is not an actual unboxing, however. It shows the packaging of the One but the actual phone is not revealed. But it’s okay. This is clearly just a teaser and the actual launch is not that far anyway.
Here’s the “unboxing” video of the OnePlus One.
