Alcatel OneTouch recently announced three new phones collectively called “Pop S”. The S stands for speed as the new phones have Cat 4 LTE connectivity, even though they are priced affordably. The phones in this lineup include the Pop S3, Pop S7 and Pop S9.
The Alcatel OneTouch Pop S3 offers a 4-inch WVGA display, Android 4.3 and 2,000mAh battery. The rest of the main specs include a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, high-speed LTE connectivity, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, 5MP rear camera and VGA front-facing cam, 4GB internal storage and microSD that supports up to 32GB.
The Alcatel OneTouch Pop S7, on the other hand, packs a 5-inch qHD display, a quad-core 1.3GHz LTE chip, Android 4.4 KitKat, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, a 5MP rear camera and VGA front-facing camera, microSD support and a 3,000mAh battery. The Pop P7 is priced at $260.
The Alcatel OneTouch S9 is the biggest phone in the group. It has a 6-inch 720p display, 3,400mAh battery a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm 8926 processor, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front-facing camera, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and 8GB internal storage with microSD slot expansion up to 32GB. The Pop S9, is priced at $300.
